I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for helping me with my pets. Since being in Costa Rica not one person has done what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it in and I say that knowing that almost everything here takes more time than it does back in the states. I was prepared to be patient when I decided to move here and knew that I would run into issues here and there but unfortunatly my issues have not been limited to here and there. I thank you for your professionalism, communication and promptness. I also thank you for doing what you said you would do and not adding more headache and stress to my life.
I can only hope that more people I request services from here in Costa Rica will service me the way you did and I would and will recomend your services to anyone I know bringing or taking a pet in or out of the country.

Roosevelt and the team shipped our 19 dogs and 3 cats via cargo to Miami and the service was second to none. In 8 years in Costa Rica we have never had such good customer service. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and kept us updated. Everyone of our dogs and cats are in their new home in Fl. LAS is now helping with our birds to ship them back. THANK YOU LAS!!!!!!
